if i had a problem with losing weight JUST due to what i eat, i'd just do what i did last summer again. i can guarantee 16 pounds off of just diet alone. i was looking for tips like exercises and such to expedite the process and lose more.
i obviously meant average for people who are a healthy weight.. im 30 pounds less than the actual average weight for women in my country. im not fat and im not talking about anyone who is fat. even if i WAS, the entire post is about losing weight so idk what your problem is lol.
