ate 3 raw eggs and a bunch of raw beef

now i know i wouldn't enjoy the raw eggs straight up so i separated the yolk cause the gooey egg whites would probably make me spit it out, didn't taste too bad just was just a fatty bland flavor, then i had some raw beef, i know niggas like goatis cope when they say raw meat tastes good so again i obviously didn't eat it straight up, i tried to make this ethopian dish called kitfo, it's basically raw beef that's been flash fried (still remains raw though) and infused with spices and butter mogged hard will try again in the future

i didn't have the traditional ingredients so i had to improvise a bit and use some substitutes, but it tasted good umami from the salt and butter and being cooked a bit, i don't know how someone could eat meat raw and not alter it at all jfl

But me personally, I wouldn't eat anything from in my country, as most of the food probably comes from shit sources. I'd only eat animal products raw if I got it from a good farm.

eat raw steak, if it has been frozen and the outside is cooked it's literally impossible for you to get sick
