It's interesting that these studios still decide to make the Frankenstein monsters basically undead Chads (as far as visuals go), they always focus on making the male, well, more manly looking while the female keeps the stylized "good looks". I get that this sells more to the young teenager crowd, but still. It would be more realistic to feature a semi decomposed skeleton/amalgamation of skeletons with a bunch of scars running along the body

It doesn't necessarily have to be some limp wrist incel. You can make him reasonably high T looking, just make him deformed looking. It would probably still appeal to the crowd. You can make the same argument for the women variant monsters, high E looking but ugly.

I had Bernie Wrightson's take on the monster as my avi a while ago (mainly due to the art style, although it would be the best rendition in terms of realism + business sense). Scarred beyond belief, NCT bug eyed, deformed etc although still a towering monster that (by appearance alone) could rip you to shreds
