they'd never work in a real life scenario, boxing is everything, martial arts like muh kung fu muh aikido or karate are meant for organized fights, only martial art that'd help in a real life fight is judo tbh since it helps you take down opponents who are bigger or stronger than you

it could make you stronger but i still think other fighting styles like boxing, judo and mma are way better, landing a proper kick in a real life scenario is very hard in a street fight your mainly gonna get in strikes and take downs and grapples which you don't really do in muay thai
