How do I get post inflammatory erythema from ingrown hair to go away

It's been one and a half months and it still hasn't gone away the Post Inflammatory Erythema (PIE)

I plucked out the ingrown hair twice and it hasn't grown back since but the PIE redness is still not disappeared.

Oh and I also have post inflammatory erythema also from acne on my face. So if anyone has experience in fading these red marks on their fair skin, let me know.
