OP is tired as a result of constantly having to deal with her deteriorating health and the issues caused by it. Odds are, both him and the grandmother (whenever she's lucid) want for her to peacefully pass away soon. You're dumb and the wording in the thread makes him seen callous but if you've ever dealt with ill family members you know exactly what I'm talking about
