Important How many rounds of LL surgery do I need to gain 20cm??

Im around 180- 182cm rn and I need to get to around 200cm in order to prevent my Future GF from getting stolen from me from guys like "King6'8ThaGreat"

How many rounds of LL surgery do I need???

i would get LL cause my goal height is unironically 6'7 but by the time i could afford it i don't think i'll care about my physical appearance as much as i do now, and same goes with any other surgery for looksmaxing
