my lack of sleep literally increased my height lmao, i have extremely bad sleep practically for all my life, i straight up didn't have a proper night's sleep in a whole year and only had some good rest a few nights ago, anyways i feel my bad sleep actually increased my height because sleep deprivation is one of the most major factors behind gherlin production, gherlin is the hormone that makes you hungry basically and cause of my life long sleep deprivation obviously my gherlin levels have always been high (probably why i'm fat tbh) but gherlin also releases HGH (human growth hormone), i realized this when i was researching gherlin antagonists but i realized they're cucked
