I should be bald now, from a genetic point of view. I have been thinning since my 20's but acted on it early and still kept a good portion of my hair follicles. This is my routine;
1. Topical formulation of 5% minoxidil and 1% finasteride (i apply this on my scalp before bed)
2. Finax 1 mg, 3 tablets a week. This dosage is a good balance between minimizing potential side effects and DHT blocking on your scalp. You would need a prescription for this in the west, where i live i dont.
3. Derma rolling once in 3 weeks. I use a 1mm derma roller on my scalp.
4. Rosemary oil + ketoconazole shampoo. Rosemary oil has been studied to have the same growth effect on your scalp as 2% minoxidil over a 6 month period. The shampoo is good to reduce inflammation on your scalp which is known to increase hair loss
5. Good sleep; atleast 7 hours a day.
6. Working out 3-4 times a week.
7. PRP injections; this is something that might be expensive. But its known to get good results. You would have to get 2-3 maintenance injections per year after your initial 'growth' treatment.
