My under eye area is sort of holding me back (along with poor lower third and thinning hair). I don't have much fat on my face, so there is weird coloration there along with the exposure of the bone outline. How do i improve this? I know increasing my bf will help but i dont want top get fatter.
Any caffeinated under-eye cream, Retinol (it's extremely IMPORTANT use with mineral sunscreen) and kojic acid soap will help even out your skin tone and reduce dark spots (it will dry out your skin, so be sure to use a moisturizer). Aim to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
For surgical treatments, you can consider lower blepharoplasty. I’ve heard you’re Indian and they often gave scleral show and rounder eyes. I mean the fact that you mentioned a visible bone outline around your eyes after losing weight suggests that your orbital bones might not be as compact, which is a common feature in your phenotype. I think this can also contribute to the appearance of rounder eyes. If you have this, I recommend infraorbital implants combined with canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction. As an alternative to implants you can just get a fat graft in that area.

Idk Tbh. The undereye skin is very thin. The reason they put caffeine in under-eye cream is because caffeine narrows blood vessels. You know when you don't get enough sleep, your blood pressure increases and this causes blood vessels to become thicker. There are deoxygenated blood vessels under the under eye skin area (blood which returns to the heart to get oxygen or some shit). Deoxygenated blood is darker than oxygenated blood and combined with the thin skin this shit gives you dark eye circles.
So yeah that's why caffeinated under-eye cream can help because it narrows the deoxygenated blood vessels but you need to apply it regularly and the results won't be permanent. Some of it probably gets absorbed by the blood but I doubt it that it will have any side effects. And yeah we lose fat in the under-eye area as we age, which can make the area look more hollow and closer to the blood vessels, which is why oldcels have those crazy dark circles. That's why I mentioned getting fat graft. Large and round eye sockets/orbitals with bad under eye support are also a huge contributor for dark eye circles and that's why I mentioned implants.
Have you had dark circles since you were a kid? If so, the problem are your bones and you probably need surgery.
i assume it's hyperpigmentation, people confuse this with lack of sleep but ethnics and darker skinned people may just have naturally dark under eyes, there's not much you can do except for using hyperpigmentation lightening medication, imo it's not worth the hassle but if it really bothers you i suppose that'd do the job

Why mineral sunscreen? From what I've read, there isn't compelling evidence that chemical sunscreen is bad for you, except a few easily avoidable ingredients
Fillers are garbage. They are only a temporary solution and okay for the lower jaw or lips and even then, I wouldn't recommend them. If applied to the upper or lower thirds of the face, it's probably the worst thing one can do. Fillers can cause severe bloating when injected into the cheeks because they'll migrate overtime. Also when used under the eyes, they'll migrate and it'll give him horrible under eye bags. Fat grafting or implants will look better and are both a permanent solution. I agree with the makeup part tho. He can just use concealer and call it a day.

I dont remember having some a prominent shit tier under eye area as a kid. I guess years of stress and lonely did have an impact. The reason iam worried about caffeine absorption into the blood is that i dont want my sleep disturbed due to the cream.
