Well i lose a lot of money due to my poor networking skills
like ragemaxxed said, start lying, tbh you literally can't get anywhere if you don't lie or at least inflate/overexaggerate your competence, but ofc you must do it within reason to make it sound legit, also just ask theory is everything, just ask for opportunities and you never know what can happen, people usually thing certain people may not want to work with you but just ask, the fear of never doing something is worse than the fear of regret
