so my fast starts on monday, i'll be having goat milk first, it is fairly high in fat and protein, i'll still only be consuming liquids but my body will be getting lots of nutrients, plus it's still pretty low cal, two cups are worth only 336 calories, but after the first week i will go even lower calorie, only having water and diet sodas
