so my fast starts on monday, i'll be having goat milk first, it is fairly high in fat and protein, i'll still only be consuming liquids but my body will be getting lots of nutrients, plus it's still pretty low cal, two cups are worth only 336 calories, but after the first week i will go even lower calorie, only having water and diet sodas

idk why i'm just fed up of eating in general, i know it sounds like some anorexic fag shit, but i understand why people do it now, it just makes me feel bad, it's not about weight loss rather just the feeling of eating
