The entire point of JBW (the physical aspect at least) is that you're tall/taller with a strong chin & compact midface (you know, how like 90%+ of whites look like - or at least those that aren't turbo incels)

At 5'7, barely average looking that guy is an albino ethnic. If I were you, I'd highly advise him to order 3+ inches worth of shoelifts and LARP as normal height. Since burgerland culture doesn't force you to take oyur shoes off when you're at someone else, this might work to get laid a few times (kinda like what Amnesia from gaymaxx did IIRC)
