All you gotta do is just eat 2 meals
Breakfast (never skip it, water) and one last meal before bed by 3 hours (Make sure both meals contain high amounts of fats & protein so you don't fuck up your hormones) and just supplement vitamins
& make sure to drink a fuckton of water throughout the day
Literally all you gotta do. And make nature (sleeping & skipping the time) do its thing. And repeat the cycle
