Ultra low calorie diet (I'm starting it on the 11th. I'll be on vacation.)

I'm allowed:

• Low calorie popsicles
• Mints
• Konjac Noodles
• Broth and stock
• Fish
• Vegetables
• Fruit
• Turkey
• Beef
• Chicken (not fried or processed)
• Coffee
• 35 calorie bread
• Cheese (real stuff, not flavored)
• Rice
• Fat free dressing only

Rules:

1. Eat no more than 2x a day
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Don't go over 1100 cal
4. Measure and record everything
5. Record calories and burn over the amount eaten at the gym
