phantom notifcations

i keep having, like, three notifications pop up and then they disappear. i KNOW i don't have any, but the red thing makes me look every time. it went up to four today. (i keep trying to screen record, but it says the site is protected content)

anyone know how to get rid of this??

I have no idea, I don't have this problem.
And yes, I've tried with multiple devices and account types.

i figured out how to see all my notifications, and just pressed read all. i missed some while i was sleeping and they got flooded, i guess.
