Since it’s my birthday I decided to watch Sonic 3. Overall, the movie starts off mediocre, picks up in the middle, and ends with what I would call peak fiction. However, the humor doesn’t land as well as it did in the previous movies.
The Movie starts off with Shadow attacking the city to lure Doctor Robotnik to his grandfather, who harbors a plan to destroy the world. For Shadows when his white JB who he loves Maria is killed, he spirals into despair, unable to cope, and ultimately turns his rage toward humanity which leads him to ally himself with Robotnik's grandfather.
Near the end of the movie, Shadow fights Sonic like In the show with Super Sonic with the Sonic Live and Learn Playing, but Sonic uses his "talk no jutsu" to turn Shadow's to the light side, ultimately convincing him to turn good. Doctor Robotnik eventually discovers his grandfather's plan to destroy the Earth, he sacrifices himself to stop him in the end.
8/10, would be 10/10 If the movie started off better: Post Credit has Amy and Metal Sonic
