What redpilled me was seeing the way SJWs were acting during the 2016 election, plus I was getting bullied and treated like shit on a whole new level by girls at the time in 8th Grade and freshman year in high school.

Also, the aftermath of GamerGate with the push for politics and feminism in my hobbies and the decay of pop culture in the mid to late 2010s.

Back in like 2013, a female indie game dev named Zoe Quinn slept with a bunch of game journalists for good reviews, got exposed, and she and a bunch of other people tried to say it was "sexism" when she was being called out for it.

This is what started the massive push for censorship and feminism in video games, and eventually all geek/nerd hobbies and the entertainment industry.

@Mulattocel @Yakub @overeitherway Zoe Quinn is the reason why the gaming industry went to shit. She's the reason why you all had to grow up with terrible games and diversity crap.
 
Nothing. I was born like that. Now, what led me to take interest in anti-leftism in the first place when I was a preteen was just pure contrarianism. I liked the idea of going against the current and being able to prove myself superior in an argument, as I still do. Now, as far as the moral implications of any political position I don't really care much. I like feeding my own ego. Really when you don't believe in morality whatever your political ideals are, they're just based on pure emotional response because you're surrendering the argument of moral superiority when it comes to ideas. It's reduced to "I like this and I don't like that."

I had zero knowledge of politics even at the basic levels besides how the government works and civics stuff.

The massive SJW/woke wave during the 2016 election and them fucking with my favorite hobbies pushed me to hate lefties and eventually become right wing.

I also started learning the truth about how everything worked, including PUA bullshit, the elites, and the blackpill about dating and looks.

I have never been conservative instinctively, nor am I now. I have always been contrarian because I have an instinct to despise authority. That sums up how I arrive to my personal philosophy which is essentially ultimate individualism. It's anarchism but only applied to myself; others have no rights. My interest in politics comes more from feeding my ego than anything else. I like the academic defense of a political position, specifically libertarianism, but in practice I don't really have any interest in defending the rights of people through it. It's all about ego. I think most politicians are like that tbh. An ideal is just a set of values you adopt and either espouse them publicly or try to convince yourself of them. In practice the doctrine I choose to take has nothing to do with whatever goes in my mind, and that is true for everybody. I am an anti-elitist and an anarchist, but if I could be the elite, then I'm as elitist as they get. No anarchism for anybody but me.

It's good that you're honest about your beliefs and I can't blame you for looking out for your self interests. Even though I do care about (most) people, I also think the same way.

It's a dog eat dog world as the saying goes.


Lefties like to hide their selfishness behind a false veneer of virtue and "inclusiveness."

You could say 10% of them genuinely just don't know any better.
