Manletism Anyone else has teeth sensitive to sugar?

My Crest toothpaste uses Hydrogen Peroxide. It makes my teeth 2 shades brighter. Not the three shades it advertises on the box.

as per https://essentialoxygen.com/pages/rda-toothpaste-abrasiveness-chart it looks like your toothpaste is highly abrasive.. it probably uses the hydrogen peroxide in conjunction with a high concentration of silica. id throw it out or just brush very gently until it's finished.

teeth whitening strips are way more effective anyway.

The Crest 3D Professional White whitening toothpaste is considered a mild abrasive. I have that and Sensodyne.
