What I've done
Hair
I stopped using shampoo and conditioner. Style it using sea salt spray and use heat protectant before blow drying to achieve a fluffy fringe. I ask the barber for low taper fade.
Experiment with different lengths and styles, if you look better with forehead covered cover it. If you can, choose a hairstyle that appeals the the type of women you want to attract.
Fashion
Changed out my wardrobe. Mainly dry fit shirts and plain white or black shirts that accentuate my athletic physique. Incorporated a chain and watch for everyday wear.
Use pinterest to see what fits could halo your pheno and nichemaxx if needed.
Gym
Gone to the gym inconsistently over the past year and half. Been able to put on at least 15 pounds of muscle.
For an aesthetic physique this is the plan I follow:
Pull (Monday, Friday)
4x12 Cable lateral raise
3x12 Incline dumbell bench press
2x10 Flat dumbell bench press
3x10 Seated overhead press
2x12 Tricep extension
2x10 Tricep pushdown
3x15 Neck curls
3x15 Neck extensions
3x20 Calf raises
Push (Tuesday, Saturday)
4x12 Cable lateral raise
3x12 Lat pulldowns
3x10 Seated row
2x10 Bentover dumbell rows
3x12 Reverse fly
2x10 Incline dumbell curl
2x12 Reverse curl
2x10 Seated palms up wrist curl
2x10 Seated palms down wrist curl
2x10 Hanging knee raise
2x15 Cable crunches
Legs (Wednesday)
3x20sec Sprints
4x12 Lateral raise
2x5 Trap bar deadlift
3x8 Romanian deadlift
3x12 Jump squat
3x20 Calf raises
3x15 Neck curls
3x15 Neck extensions
60-90 sec break in between each set
If you’re already beginner it's recommended you build a strength base using compound lifts (bench, deadlift, squat, pull ups) and progress to the amount of excersices I do. Each session takes about an hour if I'm efficient enough.
Diet
Diet focused on meat, started eating eggs and drinking milk.
Red meat, eggs, and diary are the ultimate good. Include some amount of fruit as well.
Sleep
Been sleeping 8-10 hours, which is generally ideal.
Skin
After testing lots of products my routine:
Morning- Sunscreen
Evening- Rosehip oil and Retinol serum
Diet is 90% of skin care these are mainly for anti aging benefits.
I used to tan more frequently but I've found 20 min 3 times a week is enough. I use lycopene to give myself a more red tone, might cop astaxanthin.
Eyes
I've tried minoxidil and Castor oil for eyebrows. If I were to start all over again I'd dye them black and call it a day. I thought my dark brown eyebrows were enough in terms of color, but dying them jet black ascended them hard.
Also stopped wearing glasses.
Teeth
Had Invisalign for a year to straighten my bite. After used whitening strips, although I think I'll get professional whitening if I have the extra money.
Supplements
Morning- Vitamin D3 and K2
Night- Magnesium, zinc, boron, ashwagandha, lycopene
What I plan on doing
Height
Check growth plates in knee and wrist. If open, start a 6 month cycle of Mod-GRF and GHRP-2 to increase skeletal frame, including height.
Roids
If plates are closed continue to train as I am then start a test cycle in the next 2-3 years.
Undereye
Prp injections- dark circles, stimulate collagen, reduce wrinkles
Plasma fibroblast- tighten undereye
Nose
Plasma fibroblast- Decrease width
Pdo threads- If not satisfied with plasma fibroblast use threads to contour to my liking
Lips
Botox- In the dao to lift the downturned appearance
Pdo threads- Same as before, if not satisfied use threads
Dick
Use a hanger to increase size by an inch over a year. That's what is reported anecdotally by those who do penis enlargement. There's the potential to go beyond this if I'm consistent.
Face fat
Of course cut down to 10% body fat. Also use a radiofrequency device in the lower part of the face to heat fat cells.
