Bulking is actually retarded if your doing it in the hopes it will attract you girls. That's what I did and it made me even more of an incel I'm still recovering from it

It's all about being lean.

This is just one reason why I preached so hard against bodybuilding in this forum’s early days, bulking up just makes you look worse because humans aren’t naturally supposed to have extra muscle.
