(((Gym))) is cope and not a form of looksmaxxing

The gym is pure kikery, you are stressing out your body (and thus aging it because extreme stress ages you) just to impress other people. The gym might as well be a synagogue.
>working your body is kikery
Does being a fat slob, or a walking toothpick, is supposed to be enlightenment

Being skinny is the natural physique of humans. Both roided up bodybuilders and morbidly obese Amerimutts are a recent thing and didn’t exist one thousand years ago.

That's an article dumbfuck, the papers are linked at the bottom
I should have responded to this earlier, sorry for late reply.

Who are you going to believe:

Common sense that tells you exercise stresses out your body so therefore exercise ages you and cancels out any “benefits” of building muscle.

Or some government-funded studies written by Jews?

Everyone can agree that stress ages you. And most people who work out know from experience that working out causes some form of stress on your body. They just can’t put two and two together. You dont need evidence or research, it’s just common sense that any and all forms of stress is bad for you and it’s common sense that stress ages you. JFL at believing in government-funded studies over common sense.

Even if the jew studies show building muscle has benefits, the stress it causes to your body outweighs them and cancels them out.

Neanderthals averaged anywhere between 5'5 to 5'7 (165 to 170) in height, with a weight of 70 kilos

Adjusting for the less robust bones & decreased musculature of modern day, a 178 man should weigh roughly the same (70-72 kilos) if we keep the "natural" standard argument

I wouldn't exactly call that skinny, just normal

But they definitely weren’t roided up bodybuilders or fat obese retards

Hunter and gatherers were lean, but fit. They would eat just one big meal at the end of the day and walk for miles to hunt.

I think you have a false understanding of what stress is. Sitting in the same place all day reduces your lifespan, has nothing to do with 'muh jew studies'. And this kind of biological stress is different from the sort of stress that is associated with health issues. The problem why you dont see this IRL is because most body builders tend to be on roids and this cancels all the benefits of it.

Yeah, we all know why he dont like to work out
Video wont load but working out is a bunch of unnecessary stress and I never experienced benefits back when I was working out from age 14-18 I actually had more energy after I stopped going to the gym.

All stress ages you, just like all food ages you because it raises your insulin. Take Southern Indians like Sadhguru for example who eat once a day and barley work out, they age alot better than westerners.

Sadhguru is 25 years old.

Don't you find that he has the body of a skinny 12 year old boy?
He’s actually somewhat fat, I recall seeing him without a shirt once

Working out 3-4 times a week is one of the best things you can do to enhance your lifespan. Being a skinnyfat, 'scammer guru' is not really ideal. The guy already had many health issues (he had a stroke recently too), JFL if you think hes some shining example of a lifestyle that leads to longevity.

Hes vegetarian, so that plays a part. If he was also lifting and improved his VO2max, then hed be better off.

Hes vegetarian
He eats honey which is made from Bees, and Bees are animals.

Greg Doucette is a natural bodybuilder who’s against steroids, and he’s aged twice as fast as Paul Saladino who is around the same age. Both work out, but Greg (((lifts weights))) and Paul just goes surfing and running.

There could be other factors to Greg’s aging but Greg is just one of many examples of how natural bodybuilders dont age any better than roidheads like Sam Sulek. Another example is Hench Herbivore is also a natural but he looks 70 at 46 (maybe he’s 47 now) So blaming roids for bodybuilders aging is false.

Didn’t he say he overcame the illnesses by chanting AUM and he didn’t need to see a doctor because the Mantra cured him?

Never heard of these guys so can't comment
