I did get the chance to see the hens in my grandmas house being slaughtered but i decided to not witness it cuz i was busy crying over something .
My aunts and Mom didn't eat the meat cuz they saw the whole process and were "disgusted" by it.
My mom also told me how she and her cousin were vegetarians for some years after wintessing cow slaughtering.
Her cousin is still vegetarian ig.
