How do I get everyone to stop heckling me outside

I don't mean that in the sense that people are looking at me and doing weird things, but it seems people are going out of their way to ignore me. Like I'll look at a random guy and he'll look away. I'll look into a car and they'll tilt their heads back. I can't really move around or look around me anymore because everyone disorients me. And don't say it's schizophrenia because there is no way it's schizophrenia.
