I am also planning to start a new incel forum, but for deathnics and of course, curries. Something like ethnicel.is or streetshitters.club and I also want to use xenforo.

But it's not free, do you folks buy license? If yes, which one should I choose?

Also where should I host?

What about spam and bots? How do you handle that?

Do you have an idea how much do I need to spend to maintain it? Like USD/month?

Please let me know.

Just pirate/download the Xenforo zip file and get a VPS.
Or you can just buy Xenforo Cloud like I did for $60 USD per month (I've had so much trouble setting up the VPS).
