It's obvious above average height women are the most desired. Moneymoggers, (some) Chads, actors etc (ie, men that do actually have options to pick from) tend to go for the taller than average (5'5 to 5'8/5'9 range), good looking women (and I mean genuinely good looking not some Watson copealike) for obvious reasons. For women, "preference" literally translates to requirement, in majority of cases. You can argue this "preference" argument could also be used to explain other reasons for rejection, but it tends to be consistent with the type of men they're seen with. Even the below average, barely human looking foids won't drop this requirement even if they're going celibate for decades in a row. Can you really call it "preference" (ie, the right of selecting someone -in this case- over another) when they're not selecting anything - or just simply selecting to be single?
