CONTEXT: The woman in the video kicking the baby is from Moscow, Russia. She is a 13-year-old girl named Nastya. The baby being kicked is her half-brother. The baby who was hit did not receive serious injuries. Nastya’s real mother died. She lives with her father and stepmother.
