i think i finally found the solution for fatcels who are just too lazy to diet or exercise, the clear water diet, basically it's liquids and liquid/dissolvable based foods (popsicles, hard candy etc, not yogurt or anything like that though), now you might say why not just do a water fast, i wanted to do that but it isn't recommended to do a water fast when under stress, i have school also it's hot as fuck in my country at the moment and if i faint in class or some shit ain't no one coming to save my fat ass, and also since it's s so restrictive you might stop easily, with the clear water diet you may still get some sugars, electrolytes etc from juices and sodas, now you might say but there's still sugar how will you lose weight, you will, the clear water diet is usually done by people who are gonna do surgeries on the digestive system, from what i've seen you can lose anywhere from 15-20 pounds or more in the first and second weeks, a can of coke for example is 139 calories if you have like 3 of those 417, now if your eating normal solid food along with that yea it's a lot of calories, but if your having that alone that's insanely low, to make it more lower calorie you can only drink coke zero and diet sodas which is what i'll be doing, i'm pretty sick rn once my cold clears up i'll start and give updates

Liquids are not very satiating. You'll be hungry very fast, and most likely break.
no shit, but it's still way more satiating and sustainable than the usual water fast, this is if your a lazy fuck who wants to lose a lot of weight quickly but can't manage to do a water fast and just drink water alone

Liquids are not very satiating. You'll be hungry very fast, and most likely break. Especially with those high glycemic Foods You listed.

You could try “protein modified intermittent fasting“ tbh. You'll be a lot more satiated, and not run into too many micronutrient deficiencies If you choose your protein sources wisel
Why blud giving me faggot emoji @AsianBossLT

The only problem with an all-soda diet is the lack of minerals and Vitamins, so fruit juice would be a better alternative.

When I was overweight, I was mostly drinking coffee to suppress my appetite. I went from 80 kilos to 60 kilos in no time (lol) even on beer + fried chicken "diet"

A lot of it is mental, the "need" to eat more, how much you can suppress naturally etc. I've wanted to get rid of the extra flab as well, lookism and all. Weight loss/gain is quantity first and foremost

I've maintained a 60-65 kilo range so far. I feel best at this range, going lower and I don't have energy nor strength to shovel things/work in the garden, going higher and I lose stamina incrementally quicker

Low iq post tbh. The easiest way to get fat is liquid calories. Your body's natural signalling to stop eating (when you feel full) doesn't work when you liquidize food, allowing you to ingest more calories than you normally can.

This is why even in 20,000 calories challenges they aren't allowed to use liquids.

Weight loss/gain is all about calories

Everything else is voodoo white soccer mom nonsense

exactly lmao if i have like 5 cans of soda and no food that's barely any calories regardless of if it's bad for you, now obviously if your eating solid food along side that it adds up, i've been trying to convince my mom carnivore is the way but she is too brainwashed by kike doctors that goystables are healthy

5 cans of soda is something in the 1000 to 1500 calories range

Too much. You're going to munch some bread at home too since you have tendency to (over)eat so 5 cans is way too much

5 cans of coke would have 695 calories, if your having that alone and no food that's literally nothing at 6ft and 200+ pounds or at any weight really

You're not going to drink 5 cans all day and then eat/drink nothing else. Lol

Your own body will eventually betray you and you'll go for the pastry drawer, munching on some random sliced bread, or candy/whatever junk foods you have at home at 1AM or something retarded like that

the whole point of this diet is to prevent that from happening, the real liquid diet is water fasting, where you drink only water, but that isn't easy unless your really dedicated also you shouldn't do it under stress and i have school, on the clear water diet you can still have jello, popsicles and hard candy since they dissolve, those also barely have any calories

I have no idea about popsicles or hard candy but I'm pretty sure jello has a lot of calories

You're not going to lose weight at this rate, lol

bro what, i'm not talking about the ones in the cups, i mean the powder that you can make a giant bowl of jello with, those are just 90 calories lmao and i think there's low/zero calorie ones too
