There was a time when I used to think it was possible to widen you jaw by working out your masseter muscles. This is one of your main muscles that help you masticate food. I bought it and started using it. I didn't notice anything even though my lower half was really swollen every time I did the exercise. (Due to the blood pump)

What it does do is create a sharp jawline but beyond that I dont think it can do much. The before after videos on chisell on youtube make you think you can go from a 3/10 to a 6, I don't think those are achievable for most

@ragemaxxed @overeitherway

Never tried it

Anecdotally, my father got a (very) wide jaw the more he aged due to bruxism/grinding his teeth during sleep, which was in turn caused by an overbite (I think, but his skull has always been naturally very robust so it's hard to tell). You'd probably have to grind your teeth 24/7 to get this... effect, if I were to guess. Mimicking this leads to TMJ, enamel loss, breathing problems etc (beyond just the looks change)

Chisell, Jawrsize etc sound like snake oil to me from a dentistry standpoint and potential problems if overdone

There is some truth to facial/skull changes after puberty on the account of supraphysiological levels of hormones and/or extreme pressure

I don't know at which level this becomes a viable strategy that doesn't also interfere with your health and/or other issues

I used it often. It did made my jawline sharper but the effect wasn't what I hoped it would be.

It didn't look weak to me. Granted, your face didn't look particularly robust either

Is it recessed?

My mother bought something like Chisell as a gift and I told her I did not want it. So, I never got the chance to use it therefore I can't review the product.
