thats north florida which its really just an extension of georgia , south florida is more like north cuba
How does that matter? Politicians are elected at a state level. If a segregationist makes it to the Senate or the governorship, doesn't matter what part of Florida you're at.

By the 60s? I don't know about that. Ben Klassen was from Florida. Also, Florida barely voted for Lyndon Johnson over Barry Goldwater.

It's not that they flipped it because of that. Florida was already a swing state before.

Do you really think if florida had no carribbean migrants it wouldnt be solid red
I didn't say that. But what I would say is that Florida wasn't solid red until Trump. It was a swing state from 1928 to 2016. In that period it voted for the winner in every election except for 1992. But also, to say that Hispanics in Florida are more Republican than whites is not really true. Hispanics in Florida are certainly more Republican than Hispanics in the rest of the U.S., but whites are still more Republican.

honestly who doesn't us history is as intersting as roman history imo
I'm more interested in U.S. history because I'm specifically interested in political history. I've considered getting involved in politics.
