who else to get tips to put on weight from than a fatcel?
1. bread- bread is your friend, and I don't mean like good bread from a bakery or the homemade stuff I mean cheap store white bread, it's light and easy to put down a lot of it
2. oil- now I use butter for everything cause nutritionally it's better than oil, but if you wanna increase the calorie count, just us oil instead, even better get some olive oil and drizzle on as much things as you can
3. Chinese food- go two goyslop for when I only have some pocket change, they give a lot of food considering what your paying, and the shittier the spot the better, more food for less money
4. noodles- speaking of chinese food, noodles are pretty good, they're more high calorie than rice and is much less filling, it's way easier to eat a bunch of it than rice
5. cheese- cheese actually has insanely good macros bulking aside, 1 cup of cheddar cheese has 28 grams of protein
6. tuna salad- God tier bulking dish, protein from the tuna and calories from the mayo
7. French fries- for me at least it's pretty easy to over eat them, good way to get down a lot of calories easily
8. starvemaxxing- I starvemaxx till about 4pm so i'm insanely hungry which makes it easier to get down a lot of food
