i'm not a die hard goatis fan, at the end of the day i'm gonna eat what i wanna eat, if i don't then i'd defeat the logic of trying to not be a slave, but tbf i mostly crave meat anyways so it doesn't matter

yes and there's lots of healthy sources of natural sugar, this is why babies also go for fruit and still not vegetables

"the sugar in them is still bad" bro what, you do realize we need sugar right, the sugar in an apple for example is no different from the sugar in a can of coke lmao, the coke just has way more of it and it's way easier to over consume it, i don't understand what you mean by "it's still bad" it's not the source that makes it bad just the amount jfl, 50 grams of sugar from fruits would just be as unhealthy as 50 grams of sugar from soda, we all know that jfl nothing ground breaking

Its about fiber. Fiber slows down sugar absorption and hence you dont get glucose spikes. 50 gms of fruit sugar isnt the same as 50 gms of cola JFL. You're misinformed on this. This is also the reason by fruit juices are worse than munching on fruits.

Even if the fiber slows down the sugar absorption it’s still bad for your brain. Sugar has a similar effect on your brain as drugs which is why you get sugar buzz.
 
yes goy eat the vegetables that are only palatable after covering them in a bunch of oils, fats, spices and sodium
I’m not saying their good for you but they are a good way to get minerals without sugar. Both fruit and dairy have minerals but they are loaded in sugar, even butter has trace amounts of sugar in the form of lactose. And lactose free milk just replaces the lactose with sucrose. And mineral supplements aren’t bioavailable at all you cant even absorb trace amounts. When you take mineral supplements your body literally absorbs 0% of it.
 
The only form of exercise I do is walking for an hour 5 days a week but walking doesn’t exert your body so it doesn’t age you like weight lifting does. Goatis says walking in nature is good so I do that.
