for those who already know i found out about looksmaxing at a really young age, when i learnt about mineralization of the bone and shit like skeletal fluorosis, i wondered how i could some how intentionally cause those processes in a specific spot to cause facial bone growth, when i was about 12 or 13 i used to megadose 3000mg of calcium a day, yes 3000mg i'm not even memeing, i eventually stopped after finding out taking too much calcium can be extremely dangerous due to the osteopetrosis and could also cause kidney stones (probably jewish larp anyways though), but did it work? well honestly i wouldn't know cause i was so young and going through puberty so it'd be impossible to say, but nothing bad ever happened so deffo recommend tbh not like there's anything to lose
