Number one, no. Down syndrome is like below 60 IQ. Secondly, nobody's ever claimed Arabs are the lowest IQ race, let alone close to Down syndrome. Arabs are way higher than pure black or Native Americans. Simple logic since they're much closer genetically to Europeans than either of those are. The only races that are ever argued to have an IQ around 60 are pure Africans. Even African-Americans usually fall in the 80s range. You have no idea what you're talking about.

You have never read anything he's written. That's not what it is. Firstly, if you argued their IQ is in the 50s, that'd be accurate, but that's a description of the IQ of that tribe. Nobody's claimed that's the IQ of a nation as a whole, though nations as a whole can be measured by IQ. If you can identify an average IQ for an ethnic group and such ethnic group constitutes a majority of a country, then by default that country will have an average IQ close to that of the ethnic group on average.

Let's see the parts of his works that confirm your accusations. Please also explain how his findings are nonsense when all other research done on the topic found similar results and when it so strongly correlates with global intellectual and economic development. If North Africans had the same IQs and somehow still ended up as such shit holes, that would arguably be even more embarrassing than simply being cognitively inferior.

Even if it was 10 million, less than 1% of a population with an average IQ of 80 being intellectually gifted doesn't disprove the country's AVERAGE IQ.
