there's not much you can do to get taller tbh, it's genetic and random for the most part, muh get good sleep and eat good is all bs, i've had TERRIBLE sleep my whole life, i ate like shit my whole life, i was never physically active or played sports and i'm fairly tall for my age

i really wanna put emphasis on how terrible my sleep has been, my whole life i sleep at 11 or 12 am during the week, and on the weekend or vacation i sleep at 3-5 am, and on top of that i sleep with the lights on which is terrible for cortisol and melatonin production which aids in sleep

I wish I had access to HGH & knew about this stuff in more detail when I was younger

My life would've been shifted towards an entirely different trajectory

if you knew about looksmaxing and hgh when you were young, not much would change, for starters your parents wouldn't buy you hgh

I dont get the point tbh. Some people smoke all their lives and dont get cancer. But the average person will increase his risk of getting oral/lung cancer by smoking. Similarly eating well and good sleep are necessary for growth. The body produces HGH when you are in deep sleep.

not eating processed foods and eating "clean" etc
You are correct, that will do nothing for height growth. I understand the point you are trying to make in your thread, but there may be some misconceptions.
1.) Eating traditionally "healthy" will boost height. No, it doesn't. In fact more cases than not it will inhibit natural growth potential.
2.) Exercising. This doesn't boost height either.
3.) Sleeping. It does something but if you have good enough genetics it won't play a big role, and if you arent damaging your body you will need less time to sleep and recover.
4.) Eating like shit. Describe what you ate, I'm sure it wasn't that bad.
