for one niggas throw it around so casually muh i'm gonna get surgery bro, dude your an unemployed 19 year old, now sure you can go to some shady surgeon in the slums of turkey to get it done for cheap but that's the second part, you can't just go to any random surgeon, i did a lot of research on cosmetic surgeries if i'm being honest you probably will not get the results you want with most surgeons, you have to do research and find actual good ones and look at their past work and see if it fits your standards of what your looking and obviously they're not gonna be cheap, i saw some surgeons who did some genuinely good work but my 3rd world ass woke up to reality and accepted the fact by time i'm able to afford this shit i'll probably be older and stop caring about my looks by then and the same goes for most of you guys, the only possible way you can afford a GOOD surgeon is by getting a loan or saving like crazy cause lets be real you guys are low skilled and in your early 20's or late teens you can't afford shit, another reason why i don't really want plastic surgery is because most patients are usually unsatisfied with their results and i'm a perfectionist so it's just not worth it if i can't get exactly what i want

i don't think anyone has ever considered surgery as an ascension plan unless they are richfags or just actually retarded, i also would not trust these turd worlders doing anything surgical/medical related to me while i am unconscious.
